Mariana Moreno, aka Tita, is a Guatemalan indie pop singer-songwriter born in the early '90s. She began crafting music at 14 and released her first EP Todo Es Mental in 2019, which explored a fusion of pop, indie rock, hip-hop, and electronic elements. In 2022, she unveiled her debut album, Mundo Cruel, produced alongside Bumont (Walter Monterroso), which blended hyper-pop, psychedelic rock, and indie alternative to create a unique, bilingual and eclectic sound. She received much media acclaim with by her rendition of "El Muchacho De Los Ojos Tristes" on Adrian Quesada’s (Black Pumas) Boleros Psicodélicos project, leading to performances on KUTX and gigs alongside artists like Irene Diaz and Gaby Moreno, and opening for acts like Kevin Kaarl, Elsa y Elmar and Vanessa Zamora.
